Shop Grading

Designed for the ‘industry by the industry’

The national shop grading is a program designed for the ‘industry by the industry’ to provide a minimum standard amongst repairers, for many years the industry has been told by insurers what the industry must have as far as equipment is concerned before they can repair their cars and with most insurers having differing policies the industry had no clear direction with the AMBRA shop grading program the industry now has a clear direction on levels of achievement required in Work Health Safety, Environmental, Training and Equipment.

The program also provides the industry the opportunity choose the level of accreditation that suits their business, as all business owners know some repairers do not wish to be recommended by manufacturers while some owners focus on repairing non-structural drivable vehicles the program is designed to suit most business needs.

Once audited repairers will provided with signage, a certificate detailing the level achieved and will be listed on their state association website as an accredited facility.
